Robert Pattinson's Recent Hollywood Smear Campaign EXPLAINED! Indiana Jones & Star Wars Fanbases - Red Alert - DO NOT LET THE RAGS DRAG YOU INTO an already PRE-ESTABLISHED SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST YOUNG WOMEN

Here is the article I just wrote out in Internetland about this new smear. I'm not sure if it is easier to read or not; although it also goes into the purpose of these blogs if you're confused about that part - alot of people are. This blog is information overload on more than one subject relating to The Twilight Saga. That's why it's so long.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Indiana Jones & Star Wars fans won't like being used like this. I know, because I am one of them. If I manage to convince you - I hope you'll sign the petition. How dare they use us all like this!

This is the nutshell version... Keep reading past the image for all the gory details.

Gossip tabloids are trying to SABOTAGE Robert Pattinson’s attempts to buck the typecast trend and/OR MAKE HIM CORRECT their 'rumors' so that THEY can make money off of him since he seldom gives them any attention.

Because his REAL WORDS make them far more money than any rumor they can come up with. The majority of Twilight Fans & Robert Pattinson fans aren't even paying attention to the tabloids, anymore - because they keep lying to us.

BUT, these fans still keep their eyes open for 'real news' on them... So when a tabloid can score an exclusive from Rob or Kristen, INCOMING FANS (and money) to see what they REALLY have to say.

So much for him staying out of the tabloids like he said he was trying to at Cannes, huh? They know how to play US ALL - and they obviously don't need photographs to do it.

"I'm just trying to not be in stupid gossip magazines, basically, and I think the best way to do it is never be photographed ever."
Robert Pattinson, Cannes 2014

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, What Indiana Jones or Star Wars fan is going to want to see The Rover now that tabloids have reminded everyone that an actor who played a sparkling vampire (you KNOW many of them have been making fun of Edward Cullen since they heard of his sparkles) is going for a cherished lead role in one of THEIR favorite movies BEFORE they have a chance to see him in any other type of role?!

While many of you may not be Twilight Fans - I KNOW you're willing to give Robert Pattinson a chance in something beyond The Twilight Saga IF tabloid jerks are NOT pushing your buttons about other cherished movie characters that YOU care about.

EDWARD CULLEN EXPLAINS HIS PRETTY VAMPIRE SPARKLES!!!

It is no longer necessary to poke fun at little fangirls (OR the actors)
just because the amateur author didn't 'get' why her
vampires needed an explanation to sparkle - HERE IT IS!

Don't let them sell you anything other than this - because
it looks good and he deserves your attention.
Not ALL Robert Pattinson fans are fans of Twilight
FOR GOOD REASON. Judge him for yourself based on
his own merits when you get the chance, please.
Yes, *I* am POSITIVE this movie will be worth the price of a ticket.

Smear Campaign Exposed Right Before Your Eyes

This is what you call a subtle evil sting… seriously BAD press JUST as Robert Pattinson’s movie, The Rover, comes out later this month – because it INTENTIONALLY-stirs up NEGATIVE sentiments from MEN who might be thinking about checking that movie out.

So the rumor has no basis in reality?
Rob: No, no.
What about another famous Harrison Ford role: Han Solo? The buzz is that you’re being considered for a standalone Solo movie.
Rob: Oh no. I think all of these things are made up so I get tons of bad press (notice all the mean twitter comments they captured for this ‘rumor’ - Btw, HL has REMOVED the long list of twitter comments they had tacked onto the end since I have written this - ASIDE from banning me from commenting on their site.)
Bad press? Those are two of the greatest characters in the history of Hollywood.
Rob: But literally this random story comes out and I get 50 other stories saying, like, “THAT GUY? NOOOO! What an asshole!”
For the record, though: you’re a fan of Han and Indy?
Rob: 100 percent. Everyone is.
6/12/14 - Samantha Austen - I don't know if I could take Star Wars seriously if they cast someone who previously portrayed a glittery vampire as Han Solo. I realize that not everyone will agree with who they will eventually cast for the part of Han Solo since it's impossible to make everyone happy, but I'm certain that Robert Pattinson is a TERRIBLE IDEA. Star Wars will officially be dead to me if this happens. (This was a nice response.)

Honestly, the BEST CAREER ADVICE for Robert Pattinson right now would be take on one of his most feared roles - host Saturday Night Live. Let those brilliant clowns HELP lighten things up out here. If you’re going beyond Twilight, you need to be able to LOOK those potential new fans in the eyes, eventually. But, a lot of them already hate you for reasons beyond your control.

MAKE THEM LAUGH by making fun of yourself and Edward Cullen, a bit – it is the way to their hearts, Robert. :)

Are you sure Rob is fine? Do you really care?

This is what I have been saying about these ‘rumors’:

Update 6/10/14 – What a story! Star Wars has mega fans, Indiana Jones has mega fans and so does Robert Pattinson – extra $$$$! PLUS, tabloids know damn well that Robert isn’t going to be cast in them; AND they know that the fans of these popular movies will protest – which they did. (Robert actually backed up this perspective in a recent interview with The Daily Beast on 6/13.)

Mean Twitter comment after mean twitter comment followed, and they got to REPORT on them and PUBLISH some of them (you know they went through and picked out the meanest ones).

These stories have been courtesy of some clever tabloid manipulator who managed to find a string to pull on. ANY WAY they can come up with to HURT Robert and/or Kristen AND their fans (thanks, Joan Rivers – you c*nt!) is what tabloids publish because fans are funny & profitable when they have our emotions whipped up.

AND... What Indiana Jones or Star Wars fan is going to want to see The Rover now that tabloids have reminded everyone that an actor who played a sparkling vampire (you KNOW many of them have been making fun of Edward Cullen since they heard of his sparkles) is going for a cherished lead role in one of THEIR favorite movies BEFORE they have a chance to see him in any other type of role?!

Gossip tabloids are trying to SABOTAGE Robert Pattinson’s attempts to buck the typecast trend.
I’m not saying Robert can’t or shouldn’t take those roles… But more time needs to go by. People need to see him in MOVIES LIKE THE ROVER before he earns that level of respect – much less trust – from those also VERY passionate fanbases. (You can tell by their reactions to this rumor – I know them well too, ha! Twilight fans are NOT unusual; and they deserve to indulge in their own fun fanstuffs UNINTERUPPED by lying gossip tabloids. ;)

ALSO… Paparazzi & tabloids do not like celebs who intentionally ‘steal’ money from them by not posing for decent images or giving them ‘exclusives’. THAT was the main theme of their ‘smear’ campaign long before the stupid ‘cheating’ scandal began. (SCROLL DOWN through the intro past the video to read, sorry.)

They taught Kristen Stewart a good lesson a couple of years ago - now it's Robert Pattinson's turn.

Tabloids in the United States – where both he and Kristen are particularly stalked & HATED because they don’t voluntarily contribute to their ‘livelihoods’ - have literally FORCED Robert Pattinson to talk to them in this case – which is why they are suddenly getting all these ‘exclusives’ from him.

Do you get it? Their real words make them more money than anything else – they created a false situation in which he was forced to speak out and correct it; or those ‘rumors’ (from TWO HUGE, well-established fanbases, you COCKROACHES – and two OTHER franchises that I love to the CORE! NO, I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE THEM, TOO!!!) would probably have affected movie sales – and it still might even though he has been actively denying them.

US tabloids didn’t want to be left out of The Rover moneyball.

This is also why neither Kristen Stewart nor Robert Pattinson ever say much to set the record straight about their relationship - they don't do that because THAT is what these mean tabloids are trying to MAKE them do by going on and on with their blatant LIES. They are trying to make them CORRECT their lies because Kris & Rob's REAL words make them FAR MORE money than anything they can come up with. (Note how much FUN they all had with this 'rumor' and all the 'exclusives' that they ended up getting out of him as a result of him having to do damage control like he has.)

Los Angeles Times: The Tabloids Don’t Deserve the First Amendment. Here’s a splash:

“The problem is that the culture of tabloid journalism in both Britain and the United States is deeply tied to criminal acts. Without illegal conduct, tabloids could not preempt the mainstream press, and they would not survive.

Although the law provides us with the tools we need to punish crimes related to free speech, the judicial system is too quick to bow before the 1st Amendment, and as a result we end up shielding criminals who misrepresent themselves as journalists and activists...

Crime is crime. Tabloid journalism uses illegal tactics, and it does not deserve absolute protection from the 1st Amendment.”

Update 6/13/14 – Robert Pattinson interview with The Daily BeastSurprisingly, he talks a lot about his role in Twilight, and some about Twilight haters – but now I’m realizing that he is doing that in an attempt to respond to the hate that was stirred up in the latest Hans Solo / Indiana Jones rumors. Here’s a splash:

“There’s been a lot of hate, actually. Honestly, though, I don’t understand the backlash against Twilight. The first movie, everyone liked it. But then it was suddenly… I don’t quite get why people turned on the other ones (the explanation – Rob may not know the complete reason, but many others of us out here, do.) There are plenty of successful franchises which everyone accepts. But for some reason there were all these political arguments against. People saying, ‘Oh, it’s a bad example for women’. Blah, blah, blah. As if we were all a bunch of dumbasses. We’re not playing it that way! That’s purely your interpretation! We’re not trying to make a movie about subservient female characters at all. In a lot of ways, people have decided what Twilight is about before they’ve even thought about it, and then they’ve labeled us, the actors, as part of whatever that may be…” (This is partially the reason for both Kristen & Robert’s continued hate everywhere.)

What Rob says is generally true – after all, Stephenie Meyer didn’t MEAN to ACTUALLY write her books that way. They TRIED to correct what they could in the movies.

What the production franchise needed to do, was find people to make corrections to the dysfunctional twilight storyline who KNEW what was wrong with it (that would not be me – I just know what’s wrong with it); AND who were aware WHY so many older fans were so ridiculously obsessed with it - as opposed to movie professionals who would simply help Steph flip her disagreeable fans off; and shove The Twilight Saga down our throats like they did.

The ONLY thing they really ‘corrected’ from the books to the movies that needed to be corrected was adding Alice’s vision at the end (which was something that should have been in the book instead of the huge hole that was there).

Aside from that, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson both gave Bella Swan and Edward Cullen personalities via the movies that were more fleshed out and believable than the books, themselves. They SAVED this franchise before it had a chance to fail – and THIS is how their divided fanbases treat them and allow them to be treated. Still.
